The name registered on your pg1 account must match the name on the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches may result in delays or rejection of financial transactions.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. pg1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users agree to use the pg1 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes through dishonest or fraudulent means
- Opening multiple accounts in violation of the terms of use
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or transactions suspected to be linked to illegal activities
- Disrupting or attempting to damage the technical infrastructure of the pg1 platform
Pg1 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting such activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the pg1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available payment methods include Malaysian online banking (such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks), local digital wallets (such as TNG eWallet), and other options listed in your account's deposit section.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
Each deposit is subject to a minimum amount set by the platform, which may change from time to time. First-time withdrawals require full identity verification before processing. The name on the receiving bank account must match the name registered with pg1.
Pg1 reserves the right to hold or delay the processing of withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or requiring further review. In such cases, the user will be contacted to provide any additional information required.
Transaction processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on the selected payment method and third-party factors beyond pg1's control. pg1 is not responsible for any costs or fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.

Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Pg1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at pg1's sole discretion for platform security and integrity purposes. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the required identity verification.
Changes to These Terms
Pg1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
